The wonderful cooperation between Corbara and Luxardo - two realities with a common objective: excellence! – is repeated.

Once again, the Venetian company entrusted Corbara with the exclusive realization of its Chef pâtissier jacket, joining the qualities of a jacket specifically planned to be used in a laboratory with the elegance of Luxardo’s brand.

The garment, completely made in Italy and with a high sartorial quality, is designed to last for a long time and is born with the aim of ensuring a perfect wearability and a great comfort. The practical features of this jacket are framed in a modern and pleasant design, bearing Luxardo and Corbara’s logos, more than the operator’s name embroidered on it.

The jacket, in fact, shows the name of the Chef pâtissier elegantly embroidered in black just over the frontal pocket. Luxardo’s logo (red, white and gold) is embroidered under the frontal pocket, on the back of the jacket -  just under the collar - and also on the pocket of the left sleeve. Corbara’s pearl gray logo, instead, is on the right sleeve. The not-visible snap fasteners complete the balanced and refined line of this exclusive jacket.

To the jacket can be matched the apron which, being embellished by Luxardo’s logo and by a black profile, completes the elegant and practical Chef pâtissier uniform.

Some information on Luxardo

The company Luxardo, founded in 1821 and leader in the sector of distillates and flavourings for pastry making, is well known in Italy and abroad most of all for its Maraschino, one of the very few sweet spirits in the world obtained by distillation. Maraschino derives from the distillation of morello cherry, cultivated solely by Luxardo, whose company owns more than twenty thousand plants.

After Maraschino, Sangue Morlacco is Luxardo’s second historical specialty. It’s a morello cherries’ spirit obtained by infusion and named in this strange way by the poet Gabriele D’Annunzio in 1919. A recent novelty are extra-jams: with up to 170% of fruit and with no added colourings, preservatives, thickeners, additives, acidifiers and flavourings ensure a quality with no compromises and are particularly interesting for tarts and haute patisserie.

Further information on the company are available in Luxardo’s official web site.
