Our terms and sales conditions, which must be read and accepted before confirming acquisition of our products, are the following:

Prices

The prices of our products are expressed in Euro, VAT excluded and included. Corbara srl , reserves the right to change/ modify prices at any moment in relation to market variations or printing mistakes. Clearly, the actual price when placing the order is maintained.

Invoicing

The products are always delivered with accompanying invoice.

Guarantee

Total guarantee of the client, through the ‘’satisfied or reimbursed’’ clause and ‘’free substitution’’ for more information consult the guarantee page.

Delivery and Payments

Delivery expenses are calculated automatically. When the order is placed, depending on weight, and include packaging. Details are clearly indicated in the order which is show before confirming the order. Delivery is made by courier express.

Payment can be made via cash on delivery, anticipated bank wire, Paypal or credit card. For more information consult the delivery and payment page.

Privacy Police

Corbara srl, guarantees that all the email addresses supplied by clients will not be given to third parties for business reasons. Art 13 of D. Lgs. N. 196/2003 is applied. For more information consult the Privacy Page.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 5-6 working days. In case of delay you will be punctually advised.

Major forces

In case of external major forces, Corbara srl is not responsible for delay or lack of delivery and it reserves the right to dissolve all or part of the contract, suspending or differing its execution.

Validity of the present conditions

The present selling conditions can be modified at any moment without any prior notice. All existing conditions when ordering prevail, which are read, accepted by the client before the order is confirmed.

Application of the laws

Corbara srl will observe the existing law on selling at a distance. For any problems the court of Salerno shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above
