Restyling of the Chef Jacket for Boscolo Etoile Academy

The new chef uniform, that Corbara produces only for the distinguished training institute Boscolo Etoile Academy was updated. The training school for chefs and pastry chefs Boscolo Etoile Academy just moved to the new seat in Tuscania, in the province of Viterbo. For this academic year too, Corbara will cooperate with the school, realizing the uniform 2010, restyled for the occasion with the new logos of the institute.

The uniform consists of Grand Maestro Jacket and coordinated apron. It will be worn by the inner teachers and can be bought only by those who attend the courses of the institute through the Academy’s inner store.

Realized on the basis of Gran Maestro Jacket, Etoile Jacket differs for the particular logo of Boscolo group, embroidered in silver on the collar and heart area; the writing “Boscolo Etoile Academy” on the left sleeve and Corbara’s logo - realized in silver for this occasion - complete this important garment.

This Chef Jacket is made of Comfort satin (50% cotton – 50% polyester), a new generation material also called “cotton on the skin”. Thanks to the particular weave setting the cotton in direct contact with the skin, this tissue ensures an elevated comfort and an excellent perspiration; the inner polyester thread, besides, ensures an excellent resistance to wear and a “new look” even after several washing. A micromesh part under the armpits allows a greater perspiration if compared to the old airing holes.

To complete the uniform, the white Gran Maestro apron should be added. Made of gabardine plus - a wrinkle free tissue -, this apron has a flap on the waist and obviously the Boscolo Academy logo is embroidered on it.
