The Italian Chocolate Masters’ Academy chose Corbara for its official work uniforms, using a customized version of our Guglielmo Chocolate Maker Jacket, already present in the work cloths collection for Maya Marrone pastry shop.
Born from the continuous professional care, from study and research, but above all from the great passion for the cooking art that joins Luca Montersino and Francesca Maggio, Icook – the new cooking school – chooses Corbara for chef garments
The company Corbara from Salerno has been producing work uniforms for hotels, restaurants and coffee bars - more than table linen, chair covers and table skirts - for more than three generations. This working style is very appreciated, in fact Corbara’s professional wear was chosen for the staff of the refined Meneghino Restaurant in the serial “Benvenuti a Tavola, Nord vs Sud” that was on the air in May on Canale 5.
The prestige of a place often derives from a mix of factors: the quality of the service, the excellence of the products, the care and research in furnishings;often the most careful operators choose working clothes for their staff with a particular attention, the ideal choice, in fact, is buying customized work clothes carrying the logo of their activity.
The agreement between Corbara and Besteam is going on. According to it, the hotels associated to the purchase central department – more than 600 structures, 180 of which belong to the Best Western chain – can have a discount. In these years several associated structures already used the agreement to purchase Hotel garments.
The new tie completing the official uniform of the sommeliers of the “Association of European School for Sommeliers Italy” was introduced. This tie, in an elegant shade of blue, with a raised little-pattern, was realized exclusively for the sommeliers of the association.
The new chef uniform, that Corbara produces only for the distinguished training institute Boscolo Etoile Academy was updated. The training school for chefs and pastry chefs Boscolo Etoile Academy just moved to the new seat in Tuscania, in the province of Viterbo. For this academic year too, Corbara will cooperate with the school, realizing the new uniform, restyled for the occasion with the new logos of the institute.
In a hotel, uniforms are as important as furnishings or interiors. Nowadays, providing a coordinated image is a widespread need. Next to plays of shapes, materials, employment of lights and interiors studied in all details, the planning of a hotel must include a further item, strongly connected with its image: the uniform.
Chocolate maker jacket: a garment thought for those who work with chocolate. Not a simple working cloth, but an uniform that identifies both the profession and the professional.
